Vanity Units

Vanity Unit (Type 3)

• Typically made from 18mm moisture resistant MDF and faced with HPL laminate to match the finish of any of the cubicle ranges
• All panels are balanced with a hygienic white laminate and lipped on all exposed edges
• Vanity tops are postformed along three long edges with 150mm deep downstand that hides the plumbing and 100mm high upstand for a seam-free, easy to clean surface
• Most tops are made at 600mm wide, to suit inset basins, but the width can be varied as the available space dictates
• Tops are postformed in 3m (10') lengths but can be end jointed where longer tops are required. Exposed ends are infilled and capped with laminate
• A laminated sub-frame supports removable access panels so that access for the maintenance is possible
• Access panels can be lipped with laminate or PVC, can be postformed on the vertical edges or can be made from Compact laminate, to suit the cubicles and the environment
• Apertures for basins can be routed to suit your basin template

Vanity Tops (Type 2)

• Vanity tops can be supplied on their own, without frames and access panels
• Heavy-duty, grey primed, mild steel brackets are available to obviate any floor supports

Semi-Countertop Vanity Unit

• Vanity tops can be made at a minimum of 320mm wide, with a 200mm deep downstand to suit semicountertop basins

Compact Vanity Units

• Vanity tops can be manufactured from 10mm postforming grade compact laminate for the ultimate in durable and moisture resistant tops
• The tops can be used on their own, supported by brackets or with frames and panels to conceal the plumbing
• Access panels and plinths are made from compact laminate to complete the high performance specification of this unit
• Compact tops are waterproof and so can be used with under-top basins
