Materials: Materials

Increasingly we make more products from Solid Grade / Compact laminate than any other material and we have adapted our processes and designs to use it not only for cubicles but also ducts and wall panels and vanity units as well. This is due to its resistance to water as well as strength and durability.

However, in areas of less wear but where the appearance is more important than the extreme function, we use mostly HPL laminates.  This would typically be bonded to a moisture resistant core board with the edges postformed or lipped with matching 2mm PVC.

Where budgets are extremely tight we can manufacture cubicles from MFC boards. The surface of these boards are decorative but not so thick as HPL laminate and so the panels will not look so good for quite as many years but with 2mm PVC edges it still provides a great alternative in areas where the wear and tear won't be too great. Whatever you want - just ask!
