Duct and Pipe Casings

• Duct framings are built to conceal cisterns, supply pipes and wastes to toilets, washbasins and urinals
• WC and urinal duct covers are made as a completed item comprising a light duty laminate faced frame with removable access panels hung in place on nylon noncorrosive clips, in a modular format for ease of handling and transport
• Available with postformed vertical edges, laminate faced square edges, PVC lipped edges or compact laminate panels
• The frames with panels attached are usually delivered assembled in single bays, typically with a stack of three panels
• All that's required on site is a soft wood fixing around the edges of the duct and the pre-assembled frames can be back-fixed in place to give a very rigid structure
• Duct casings can be full height floor to ceiling or made as low level casings
• Frames are manufactured from either ex 18mm MR MDF or birch ply, faced externally in laminate to match cubicles/ vanity units
• Pipe casings are manufactured in laminates to match or contrast with any cubicle fitting, and can cover any horizontal or vertical stack, waste or vent pipe, electrical cabling or other pipework and can cover any kind of bulkhead, pier or nib, with or without access.
